What is an Early Warning?
Warranty issues can develop whilst caravans or motorhomes are stood on the showground which require warranty claims to be raised.
As there is no owner assigned to the vehicle, this will need to be raised as an Early Warning through the Connect system. This can be accessed through the Fault Reporting tab on the Connect homepage.
Each individual fault will need to be entered on a separate Early Warning as multiple fault lines cannot be entered on the same EW.
Please note: It is recommended that vehicles are checked regularly for condition and any faults which may arise whilst waiting to be sold.
